You Are His!

You Are His!This week’s memory verse is Isaiah 43:1. It tells us not to fear, because God has redeemed us, and summoned us by name, and we are His.

We have been redeemed. At the cross, Jesus paid the price to save us, and set us free. In Him we have redemption – the forgiveness of all of our sins (Ephesians 1:7). He bought us back at a high cost. Now we can have a relationship with the One who made us!

God has called us by name. He knows who we are. He is familiar with all of our ways (Psalm 139:3). He has numbered the hairs on our heads (Matthew 10:30)! He cares about each of us individually, and He has a plan for each of us. He knows the plans He has for us, and they are for our prosperity, not our harm – to give us a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)!

You are His! Wherever you go, God is with you. If you have received Jesus as your Savior, then He is your Heavenly Father, and you are His child. No mistake that you make, no failure on your part, can change that! None can pluck you out of His hand (John 10:28)!

Fear not. You have been redeemed and summoned by name. You are His!

A Letter From God

A Letter From God

Dearly Loved Child,

I wish you knew how much I truly love you. My love for you is everlasting
(Jeremiah 31:3). It is unfailing (Psalm 36:7). It can never be shaken (Isaiah 54:10).

No matter what you’re going through, know that nothing can separate you from My love (Romans 8:38-39). In every situation, you are more than a conqueror through My Son (Romans 8:37)! I am always with you. I will never leave nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Because I am with you, none will be able to stand against you, all the days of your life (Joshua 1:5).

What are you in need of? Simply ask Me. Call out to Me, and I will answer you (Jeremiah 33:3), for if you ask, you will receive (Matthew 7:8). I am able to do exceedingly, abundantly, far above all you could ask or think (Ephesians 3:20-21). Nothing you could ask for is ever impossible, for all things are possible for Me (Matthew 19:26)!

Your life has meaning and purpose. I knew you before you were formed in your mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5). I have good plans for your life – plans to prosper you, and not to harm you. They are plans to give you hope and a future
(Jeremiah 29:11). Whether you turn to the right or the left, my voice will lead you (Isaiah 30:21), if you will listen.

I am the giver of every good and perfect gift in your life (James 1:17). Because I love you, I delight in blessing you. I desire for you to experience the abundant life that my Son came to give you (John 10:10). Know this, and receive all that I have made available to you through the promises in My Word!

I have chosen you (John 15:16). I rejoice over you with song (Zephaniah 3:17). Always remember that you are precious to me, and honored in my sight
(Isaiah 43:4)!With Much Love, Your Heavenly Father

With Much Love,
Your Heavenly Father

God’s Goodness

God's GoodnessThis week’s memory verse for Called and Created’s Bible Reading and Memorization Plan is Jeremiah 29:11. This verse speaks of God’s plans for us. They are plans to prosper us, not to harm us. They are plans to give us hope and a future.

God has plans for your life. He hasn’t forgotten you or left you on your own. He will never leave nor forsake you
(Deuteronomy 31:6). He is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).

Our God is a good God. His plans for you are good. As your Heavenly Father, He has your interests at heart. He desires for you to live the best quality of life.

Here are some scriptures that speak of the goodness of our God:

  • He is the giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17).
  • He gives what is good to those who ask (Matthew 7:11).
  • We are invited to taste and see that He is good (Psalm 34:8).
  • The one who seeks Him will not lack any good thing (Psalm 34:10).
  • He is good, and His love endures forever (Psalm 107:1).
  • All the days of our lives, His goodness and love will follow us (Psalm 23:6).

This week, take courage in the fact that God’s plans for you are good. Place your trust in His amazing goodness and love!
