Run To Your Heavenly Father

Run To Your Heavenly FatherThis week’s memory verse from Called and Created’s Bible Reading and Memorization Plan is Psalm 86:5. This verse says that God is good, and that He is forgiving, with love that abounds to all who call upon Him.

Our God is a good God, who cares for us as His children. He is the giver of every good and perfect gift (James 1:17). He sent His Son that we might have life more abundant (John 10:10). His Word promises that those who seek Him will lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10).

Our Heavenly Father forgives all of our sins (Psalm 103:3). He has removed them from us as far as the east is from the west (Psalm 103:12). Because of what His Son did for us at the cross, He remembers them no more (Hebrews 8:12). Approach Him with the freedom and confidence that comes from knowing that all of your sins have been completely forgiven in Christ!

Don’t be afraid to come to your Heavenly Father, for He possesses an abundance of love for all who call to Him. He promises those who call to Him, He will answer (Jeremiah 33:3). He cares about all that concerns you. He bids you to be anxious for nothing, but in all situations, present your requests to Him (Philippians 4:6).

Our God is a good God. He forgives all of our sins, answering all who call to Him. Whatever situation you may find yourself in, know that you have a Heavenly Father who cares for you deeply as His beloved son or daughter. Run to Him as a child would to their dearly loved daddy!

He Is With You

He Is With YouGod is our light and salvation (Psalm 27:1). He is always with us, as a mighty warrior, to save us (Zephaniah 3:17). With Him on our side, we have nothing to fear.

Our God is a good God. His plans for us are for our prosperity, not for our harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Those who seek Him lack no good thing (Psalm 34:10). No matter what your circumstances, trust that your Heavenly Father will take care of you.

Let us set our hope on the Lord, for He will never disappoint. We can place our confidence in His goodness and love. Regardless of whatever situation we may find ourselves in, we will be kept in perfect peace if our mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 26:3).

The Lord is with you. You have nothing to fear. He is a good God, with good plans for you. Set your hope on Him, and see His provision manifest in your life!
